Edge of ICT is a trading journal and edge tracking platform designed for traders following ICT (Inner Circle Trader) methodology. The Service allows users to log trades, track edge occurrence rates, and analyze trading performance.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Edge of ICT is a journaling tool and does not provide financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance tracked in this app does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge of ICT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
