2022 ICT Mentorship Episode 16
Maps a Friday PO3 decline into a daily order block, then uses standard-deviation projections, higher-timeframe imbalance, and session context to frame PM retracement opportunities.

We had relative equal lows and Daily OB+ (discount array) make it high probability for this level to be visited
We’re looking for a PO3 setup to go down into Daily OB+

Explaining how to project swings with standart deviation
We should use wick’s to find our dealing range discount and premium
-1 STD below our level of interest got hit precisely
To the tick on respectable contract during that time (daily low)
15m provide the framework so we need to take higher tf into consideration
on 5m instead of waiting for this gap to be filled to enter - we should use 15m one as a narrative
1ST SETUP
2ND SETUP
3RD SETUP
Because of:
- Daily Objective Hit
- It’s the last day of the week (Friday)
- AM session has been super bearish
THERE WILL BE SOME TYPE OF RETRACEMENT FROM DISCOUNT TO PREMIUM
ICT suggests that Buyside Liquidity for the PM session is at that pink box because of the most energetic run to the HTF target has started there
Also it’s at premium when you look at it from the high that formed inside 15m SIBI right around the opening price
It was also a 1hr SIBI at premium on a larger scale
Smart money buys the extreme discount levels of the day to sell them to willing buyers at a higher price (in the form of Buy Stops)
PM Session Long
ICT called this blue shaded box a mitigation block (LOOK INTO THAT) Looked like a BB+ to me
2nd long opportunity
Old high is at the left of the chart that we can’t see here
AM session chart can show it
After the BSL target is reached we can see a retracement and even though this setup was there for a scalp short
I’d not rather taking this trade because it was Friday PM session
Same PA on a higher TF
